两种翼状胬肉手术的观察及分析

摘　　要：目的观察比较剖离术与单纯切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法2004年至2006年就诊的翼状胬肉患者122例（143眼），采用单纯随机抽样法分为A、B组，对A组76例（89眼）采用剖离术治疗，B组46例（54眼）采用单纯切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗，术后均行^90Sr照射，比较2组术后复发及角膜混浊情况。结果采用剖离术后（A组）有6眼复发，5眼出现轻度角膜云翳；单纯切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术后（B组）有4眼复发，13眼出现不同程度的角膜混浊。A组术后角膜混浊发生率（5．62％）低于B组（24．07％），差异有统计学意义（χ2=10．404，P=0．001）。结论剖离术是治疗翼状胬肉的一种简单、安全、复发率及并发症低的有效方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of the excise-detaching operation and the corneal limbal stern cell autograft operation. Methods The excise-detaching operation was adopted in 89 eyes with pterygium and the corneal limbal stem cell autograft operation was adopted in 54 eyes in the same time. Results There are 6 eyes and 5 eyes which were caught achlys after excise-detaching operation and there are 4 eyes that recurred and 13 eyes whose corneas became opaque in different level after the corneal limbal stem cell autograft operation in the follow-up period. Conclusions The excise-detaching operation is a simple, safe and effective therapy for pterygium and showes recurrent rates and few complications.
