摘 要:目的探讨卵泡抑素在卵巢癌患者血清中的水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测肿瘤患者及健康对照者血清FS水平;免疫组织化学染色观察卵巢癌组织FS表达情况。结果卵巢癌患者血清FS水平明显高于健康对照组,统计学比较差异显著,P<0.01;乳腺癌和肺癌患者血清FS水平也高于健康对照组,P<0.05;胃癌和肾癌患者血清FS水平与健康对照组比较无显著性差异,P>0.05。肿瘤诊断阳性率依次为卵巢癌(60%)>乳腺癌(40%)>肺癌(30%)>胃癌(20%)>肾癌(0%)。免疫组织化学染色显示,卵巢癌组织表达FS与肿瘤类型有关,染色强度依次为粘液性癌>子宫内膜样癌>透明细胞癌>鳞癌>浆液性癌。结论卵巢癌患者血清FS水平升高,其诊断阳性率与卵巢肿瘤类型有关;血清FS检测对卵巢癌诊断具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the change of levels of serum follistatin (FS) in ovarian cancer patients and its clinical sig- nificance. Methods Serum FS levels in patients with cancer and healthy controls were examined by ELISA; FS expression in tissues of ovarian cancer was assayed by immunohistochemical staining. Results The serum FS levels in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than that in healthy control group, which has statistical significance ( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum FS levels in breast and lung cancer patients were also higher than healthy control group ( P 〈 0. 05), but serum FS levels in stomach cancer and kidney cancer patients showed no difference with healthy control group ( P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of cancer diagnosis was showed as follows : ovarian cancer (60%) 〉 breast cancer (40%) 〉 lung cancer (30%) 〉 gastric cancer (20%) 〉 renal cell carcinoma (0%). Immunohistochemical staining results showed that expression levels of FS in ovarian cancer were related to tumor types, and the staining intensity was as follows: mucinous carcinoma 〉 endometrioid carcinoma 〉 squamous carcinoma 〉 clear cell carcinoma 〉 serous cystadenocareinoma. Conclusion Serum levels of FS are increased in ovarian cancer patients and the positive rate of diagnosis are related to the type of ovarian cancer. Therefore, detection of serum FS levels maybe has great potential in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
