党政领导干部廉政品德的测量研究

摘　　要：本研究对我国党政领导干部廉政品德的测量指标和要素进行了探讨和研究,编制出"党政领导干部廉政品德测量量表",并通过预试和正式测试,运用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、项目分析等研究方法,结果发现:(1)党政领导干部廉政品德测量的指标为忠诚、公正、诚信、自控能力、谦让、尽职尽责、遵纪守法、原则性和事业心九项内容;(2)党政领导干部廉政品德的结构模型为一个二阶三因素模型:第一个主因素为公德性,第二个主因素为法纪性,第三个主因素为主体性;(3)党政领导干部廉政品德测量量表的鉴别力指数、效度、信度等测量学指标良好,可用于党政领导干部廉政品德的测量。This study made discussion and research on the indexes and factors of measur/ng the mora/ character of party and governmental leading cadres clean and honest administration, scaled a suit of questionnaire named ＂The moral character of party and governmental leading cadres clean and honest administration testing scale＂ which by means of pretest and formal testing, used many research methods, such as Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Item Analysis, was found that （1） Nine indexes of measuring the moral character of party and governmental leading cadres clean and honest administration include loyalty, impartiality, faithfulness, self-control, modestly declining, fulfill duty and fulfill responsibility, observing discipline and law, tenet, enterprise. （2） The structural equation model of the moral character of party and governmental leading cadres clean and honest administration is a two ranks and three factors model： the first factor named ＂social morality＂; the second factor named ＂law and discipline＂; the third factor named ＂subject＂. （3） The moral character of party and governmental leading cadres clean and honest administration testing scale has good indexes of metrology such as Item Discrimination Index, reliability and validity. It indicates that this scale is feasible to measure the moral character of party and governmental leading cadres clean and honest administration.
