摘  要:针对主观幸福感调节—缓和模型文化因素过于单一化的不足,探讨家庭环境特征因素在人格对主观幸福感影响中产生的作用及机制。采用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)、艾森克人格问卷和幸福感指数量表对340名大学生进行测试。回归分析发现人格因素的神经质和外向性以及家庭环境特征的知识因素对主观幸福感有显著影响。调节效应检验发现家庭环境特征的知识性因素是主观幸福感情感指数和生活满意度的调节变量。在前两步基础上,建立了包含五因素的路径图。家庭环境特征知识性是家庭文化的重要因素,与人格因素一同影响主观幸福感,研究对调节—缓和模型的文化因素进行了补充。Mediator-moderator model of subjective well-being has an obvious disadvantage for its oversimplification. This paper aims to explore the effect and mechanism of the family environmental characteristics factors, which has a significant impact on subjective well -being. Family Environment Scale (FES-CV), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Scale of well-being index are used to test 340 college students. Regression analysis shows that the E-Extraversion and N-Neuroticism factors of personality traits as well as the intellectual-cultural orientation factor from the family environmental characteristics have a great influence on subjective well-being significantly. The validity test of moderator variables shows that the intellectual-cultural orientation factor is the moderator variable of the emotional components of the subjective well-being and the satisfaction towards life. Based on the study mentioned above, we develop path chart that composed five factors. The intellectual-cultural orientation of family environmental characteristics is an important factor in family culture. Together with personality factors, the intellectual- cultural orientation factor has a significant impact on the subjective well-being, which can be considered as a good supplement of the cultural factors in mediator-moderator model.
