摘  要:目的探讨经桡动脉途径全脑血管造影的可行性、安全性及优缺点。方法选取同期行全脑血管造影的患者85例,按入路血管分为桡动脉组(41例)和股动脉组(44例),对比其穿刺成功率、造影成功率、手术时间、X线照射时间、并发症发生率,并进行统计学处理。结果2组穿刺成功率、造影成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),桡动脉组手术时间、X线照射时间长于股动脉组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于股动脉组(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉途径全脑血管造影安全可行,并发症少且轻微,可以作为脑血管造影的选择入路之一。Objective To explore the feasibility, safety, advantages and disadvantages of cerebral angiography by the way of radial artery. Methods The cerebral angiography was performed in 85 patients and they were divided into radial artery group ( n = 41 )and femoral artery group ( n = 44 ). The success rate of puncture and procedure,the operation time, X-ray exposure time and complication rate were compared, and statistical analysis was performed. Results There were no significant differences in the puncture success rate and procedure success rate between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The operation time and the X-ray exposure time were significantly longer and the complication rate was obviously lower in radial artery group than those in femoral artery group ( P 〈 0, 05). Conclusion The way of radial artery for cerebral angiography is safe and feasible, in which there were only a few and slight complications. So the radial artery may be regarded as one of feasible ways for cerebral angiography.
