参苓白术散治疗慢性酒精性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨参苓白术散对治疗慢性酒精性胃炎的疗效。方法:使用参苓白术散联合法莫替丁胶囊治疗酒精性胃炎,治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗后,患者临床症状及胃镜下表现均得到明显改善,与对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散能迅速、有效地缓解慢性酒精性胃炎的症状。Objective：To explore the effects of ShenLin BaiZhu San in treating chronic alcoholic gastritis. Methods： By combining ShenLin BaiZhu San and famotidine capsule to observe therapeutic effect, patients with chronic alcoholic gastritis were treated for 4 weeks.Results： After treatment, clinical symptoms and endoscopic performance arc significantly improved.Compared with the control group, there are statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： ShenLin BaiZh, San can quickly and effectively relieve the symptoms of chronic alcoholic gastritis.
