清气凉营注射液的解热作用

摘　　要：目的:研究清气凉营注射液(大青叶、大黄、金银花、知母、野菊花、淡竹叶)对酵母致热大鼠体温的影响及对下丘脑中前列腺素E2(PGE2)和环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量的影响。方法:用10%酵母混悬液复制大鼠发热模型,观察清气凉营注射液对大鼠体温的影响,并采用放免法测定下丘脑中PGE2和cAMP含量。结果:清气凉营注射液具有明显的退热作用;清气凉营注射液能明显减少致热大鼠下丘脑中PGE2及cAMP的含量,与模型组比较具有明显差异。结论:清气凉营注射液能降低致热大鼠体温及下丘脑中PGE2和cAMP的含量,通过对下丘脑中分泌的这两个重要的内源性介质的调节,起到良好的退热作用。AIM： To study the effect of Qingqi Liangying Injection on febrile rats induced by zymonsa and on content of PGE2 as well as cAMP in rat hypothalamus. METHODS： The rat febrific model induced by 10% zymonsa solution was used to observe Qingqi Liangying Injection＇ s effect on the rat temperature, and the radioimmu- noassay（RIA） was used to determin the content of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus of rats. RESULTS： Qingqi Liangying Injection had an obvious antipyretic effect on febrile rats; Qingqi Liangying Injection could significantly reduce the content of PGE2 and cAMP. CONCLUSION： Qingqi Liangying Injection can obviously reduce the rat body temperature and the content of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus of rats.
