四物汤中阿魏酸对兔血指标的相关联系

摘　　要：目的:测定家兔血中来自四物汤(当归、川芎、白芍、熟地黄)的阿魏酸水平以及相应的血液指标。方法:用HPLC法测定服药后兔血中阿魏酸并测定兔血指标。结果:服药周期中,兔血中的白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、铁、锌和铜水平均有显著提高,降低了红细胞压积和全血低切黏度。结论:四物汤中的阿魏酸可能是四物汤补血活血的有效成分之一。AIM ： To assay the level of ferulic acid in rabbit taking Siwu Decoction （Radix angelicae sinensis, Rhlzoma chuanxiong, Radix rehmanniae praeparata） and the influence result of the blood picture. METHODS： The level of ferulic acid in rabbit blood was measured with HPLC after medication and the blood examination was carried out. RESULTS ： During the period of medication, the levels of red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, Fe, Zn and Cu increased, packed cell volume and whole blood low-shear viscosity decreased. CONCLUSION ： Ferulicacid in Siwu Decoction might be one of effective constituents, promoting blood circulation and replenishing blood.
