摘 要:介绍平辊轧制工艺生产扁丝的优点。利用Pro/E软件建立三维模型,应用Deform-3D软件建立盘条单道次轧制的有限元模型,模拟在不同压下率的扁丝宽展,并通过试验进行验证。研究结果表明:在压下率小于62.5%时,有限元模拟得到的宽展规律与实际及理论基本相符;用数学方法拟合的试验轧制扁丝宽展公式相关系数为98.1%,用数学方法拟合的有限元模拟轧制扁丝宽展公式相关系数为97.04%;有限元模拟的轧后宽展与实际测量的宽展二者误差在5.0%以内,在一定变形范围内(压下率<62.5%),扁丝宽展与压下率成线性关系。To introduce the advantages of flat rolling process to produce flat wire. Making use of Pro/E software to establish three-dimensional model, adopting Deform- 3D software to establish finite element model of wire rod single pass rolling, the flat wire broadening under different draughts was simulated, which was verified by test. Research results indicate that broadening law obtained by finite element model coincide with practice and theory basically when draught is less than 62.5%. Relative coefficient of flat wire broadening formula by mathematical method fitting test rolling is 98.1% , relative coefficient of flat wire broadening formula by mathematical method fitting finite element model to simulate rolling is 97.04%. The rolled broadening by finite element simulation are closed to measured data, their errors are less than 5.0% , the relationship between flat wire broadening and draught is linear in scope of finite deformation ( draught is less 62.5% ).
