超声诊断巨大精囊囊肿1例

摘　　要：精囊囊肿是极少见的良性肿瘤。当囊肿发展较大时可出现下腹部或腰部疼痛,另有血精或尿道内的血性分泌物,有时可出现排尿障碍。在超声检查工作中需与其他部位囊性肿块鉴别,还应注意是否合并其他泌尿系畸形以排除先天性疾病。超声检查简便,无损伤且可作出明确诊断。Seminal vesicle cyst is a rare benign tumor, with the expension of the cysts, people may have a pain in the lower abdomen or back, or another Hematospermia or bloody secretions within the urethra, and sometimes have painful or difficult urination. In the ultrasound examination, we need to discern it from other parts of the cystic mass, such as retroperitoneal cystic teratoma, lymphangioma and so on. Attention should also be paid to the merger of the other malformation to exclude congenital malformations of urinary system. So ultrasonography is a simple, non-invasive and preferred means which can give a definite diagnosis for this disease.
