阅读疗法在精神分裂症康复期的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价阅读疗法对精神分裂症患者的应用效果。方法将120例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各60例，两组均接受常规抗精神病药物治疗和健康教育，研究组联合阅读治疗，观察8周。于阅读治疗前、治疗8周末、随访1a末采用住院病人护士观察量表、自拟调查问卷评定患者的个人心理状态与日常行为状况和健康教育满意度。结果治疗8周末，研究组患者了解精神疾病相关知识以及对健康教育的满意度均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；住院病人护士观察量表病情总估计、总积极因素、社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁因子分均较对照组提高显著（P〈0．01），而总消极因素、激惹、迟缓、抑郁因子分均较对照组下降显著（P〈0．01）；自觉抑郁沮丧、自觉一无是处等心理状态以及拒绝做日常事务、不遵守医院规则等不良行为发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）；保持个人卫生整洁、对人友好、主动交谈、对周围活动感兴趣等良好行为率显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论阅读疗法有利于健康教育、能显著提高精神分裂症患者的满意度，能显著改善患者的人际关系，有利于患者的全面康复。Objective To estimate the effect of bibliotherapy in schizophrema patients. Methods 120 schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into study group and control group equally. Two groups accept antipsychotic treatment and health education , the study group unite the bibliotherapy for 8 weeks. The Nurse Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE-30）and self-designed questionnaire were used to evaluate patient＇s individual mental status, the daily behavior condition and the satisfaction degree of health education before the reading treatment, treats 8 weekends and 1 a follow-up visit. Results After 8 weekends treatment , the study team patients understanding the mental illness related knowledge as well as the satisfaction degree of health education obviously is higher than the control group（P〈0.01）. The score of nurse observation scale for inpatient evaluation pathogenetic condition estimation, positive factor, social ability, social interest and individual neat factor is obviously raise compared to the control group （P〈0.01）. But the negative factor, irritation, retardation, the depressiont factor score drop obviously compared to the control group（P〈0.01）. Self-consciousness depression and devoid of any merit mental status ,reject daily transaction , not observe the hospital rule and so on misdeed incidence rate obviously to be lower than the control group（P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Keep personal neat, friendly to the human, initiative conversation, interested in the surroundings and such as this good behavior obviously to be higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Bibliotherapy is good to health education ,can effectively improve the satisfaction degree of schizophrenia patients , improve patient＇s interpersonal relationship and is good to patienfs comprehensive recovery.
