轻中度近视眼配镜与否和近视发展之关系

摘　　要：目的：本院调查自1995年～2009年15年间近视度数在-0．75DS至-4．00DS的单纯近视患者200名，考察积极配合配镜和不佩戴眼镜者平均每年近视度数增长有无不同。结果发现，大多数患者平均每年的近视发展度数约-0．50DS左右，配镜者和不配镜者每年近视发展程度并无明显差别。This courtyard investigation from 1995 during -2009 years 15 years the shortsighted number of degree in- 0.75DS to -- 4.00DS pure shortsighted patient 200, whether there is the inspection matched the syngamy mirror positively and does not wear the eyeglasses average the shortsighted number of degree to grow every year differently. The result discovered that, the majori- ty patient every year nearsightedness develops about equally number of degree approximately - 0.50DS, matches the mirror and does not match the mirror every year nearsightedness degree of development and the not obvious difference.
