摘　　要：我院是以中医治疗为主中西医结合性质的综合性医院。门诊换药室承担着自于创伤、普外、骨伤等科室的病人因创伤、皮肤炎症、烫伤、门诊术后的换药和更换敷料，也包括骨折病人的石膏、夹板固定后的重新调整包扎及中药外敷等工作。其涉及面广泛，工作性质复杂，为确保工作质量，在管理上就要积极创造有利条件，调动本室护理人员的工作积极性，严格落实各项规章制度，倡导职业道德，提高护理人员的业务素质，才能达到有效的护理目标。My courtyard is by the Chinese medicine treatment primarily cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine nature general hospital. Because the outpatient service trades the barrel chamber to undertake from after administrative offices and so on out- side wound,Pu,bone wound patients the wound, the skin inflammation,is scalding, the outpatient service technique trades the medi- cine and the replacement surgical dressing, also includes the bone fracture patient＇s gypsum,clamping plank fixed after readjusts the wrap and the Chinese native medicine externally applies and so on the work. Its affected area is widespread,the work nature is complex, for guarantees the work quality, must create the advantage positively in the management, arouses this room nursing staff＇s work enthusiasm, carries out each rules and regulations strictly, the initiative occupational ethics, improves nursing staff＇s service quality, can achieve the effective nursing goal.
