浅谈危重新生儿急性胃肠功能衰竭早期预防

摘　　要：目的：观察肠粘膜保护剂早期预防能否降低危垂新生儿急性胃肠功能衰竭发生率。方法：选择未发生胃肠功能衰竭的危垂新生儿70例，随机分为2组，观察组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊口服或鼻饲，每次1g，每日3次，连用3天。结果：观察组胃肠功能衰竭发生率为5．71％，对照组发生率为25．71％，两组有显著性差异，（P〈O．05）。结论：肠粘膜保护剂早期预防能降低危垂新生儿急性胃肠功能衰竭发生率，从而降低多器官功能不全的发生率和病死率。Objeeitve：The intestines mucous membrane protecting agent early time to prevent reduces the danger to hang the newborn acute stom- ach and intestines function failure formation rate. Methods： Chooses has not had the stomach and intestines function failure danger to hang the new- born 70 examples,divides into 2 groups stochastically,the observation group gives the pair of qi bacillus three association live fungus intestines to dis- solve the capsule oral administration or the nasal feeding,each time 1 gram,daily 3 times,is used together 3 day. Results：The observation group stom- ach and intestines function failure formation rate is 5.71% ,the control group formation rate is 25.71%, two groups has the significance difference, （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions：The intestines mucous membrane proteeting agent early time prevention can reduce the danger to hang the newborn acute stom- ach and intestines function failure formation rate,thus reduces the multi--organ function not entire formation rate and the ease fatality rate.
