意象催眠对癌症患者的情绪和生理功能影响的临床应用

摘　　要：102倒接受放化疗的癌症病人随机进入干预组和对照组。干预组的病人接受意象和催眠训练。采用情绪和生活质量问卷，分别对两姐患者进行两次洲查（治疗前和治疗后）。干预组患者治疗后各项情绪、功能、症状指标和总体生活质量比对照组改善明显；放疗或化疗后干预组病人的各项指标都可以回复到治疗前的状态，而情绪和总体生活质量显著好于治疗前。102 examples accept cancer patient who puts the chemotherapy to enter the intervention group and the control group stochastically. The intervention group＇s patients accept the image and the hypnosis training. Uses the mood and the quality of life questionnaire, carries on separately af- ter two group of patients two times measured looks up （before creatment and treatment）. After the intervention group patients treat each mood,the function, the symptom target and the overall quality of life improve obviously compared to the control group; After the radiotherapy or the chemother- apy intervenes group patient＇s each target all to be possible to reply before the treatment the condition, but mood and overall quality of life remarkable good before treatment.
