高位截根保存颌骨囊肿受累牙的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究颌骨囊肿受累牙行高位截根术后的临床效果。方法67例颌骨囊肿208颗受累牙于术前完成根管治疗,颌骨囊肿切除术中对受累牙行高位截根,保存受累牙齿,所有受累牙的截根位置均在根中1/2以上,平均截根长度6.0mm。术后1、3、6、12个月复查,随访1年,检查病灶牙的松动、咬合情况并摄X线全景片。结果67例患者中,除3例10颗受累牙失访外,余64例患者198颗受累牙术后均随访1年,无1例囊肿复发。术后3个月时,有2例各1颗受累牙Ⅲ度松动予以拔除,余196颗牙齿成功保留。结论颌骨囊肿受累牙行高位截根术后可予保留,且不增加囊肿复发率。Objective To study the clinical effect of high level apieectomy for 208 teeth from 67 patients with jaw cysts. Methods In the course of the surgical removal of jaw cyst, the high level apicectomy was performed on the 208 offending teeth which had been finished with root canal filling. Then these teeth＇ s situation after the operation was observed by reviewing the patients every 3 months and following up for 1 years. Results Recrudescent was not observed and a total of 196 teeth were successfully preserved, while 2 were not due to over-loosing. Conclusion For the patients with jaw cyst, the offending teeth could be preserved when being undergone the high root amputation in the operation, with no increase in the postoperative recurrence.
