摘 要:[目的]分析IL-1β+3953等位基因与2型糖尿病伴发牙周病的相关关系,为预防糖尿病伴发牙周病的发生和干预性治疗提供理论依据。[方法]用PCR—RFLP方法分别检测对照组、单纯2型糖尿病组、单纯牙周病组、2型糖尿病伴发牙周病组,IL-1β+3953基因多态性。[结果]IL-1β+3953等位基因2型在糖尿病伴牙周炎患者中的携带率(14.29%)明显高于单纯的糖尿病组(8.7%)(P<0.05)或单纯牙周炎患者组(11.54%)(P<0.05)及健康对照组(0%)(P<0.05)。[结论]IL-1β+3953等位基因2型的存在与牙周炎及糖尿病的发生具有统计学意义,在糖尿病患者中具有IL-1β+3953等位基因II的人群伴发牙周炎的概率明显增高。[ Objective] The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between type Ⅱ diabetes, the IL -1β ( + 3953 ) genetic polymorphisms, and periodontitis in a population -based study. [ Methods ] Blood samples were collected and analyzed for genotyping of IL -1β ( + 3953 ) polymorphisms. [ Results] For allele frequency analysis, the frequency of allele Ⅰ/Ⅱ was significantly higher in the chronic diabetic and periodontitis group than periodontitis or diabetic group (P 〈 0.05 ). There was a gene -environmental interaction because diabetic subjects bearing a variant IL - 1 genotype Ⅰ/Ⅱ had an enhanced risk for periodontal disease in comparison with their IL - 1 wild - type counterparts. [ Conclusions ] These data confirm that there is a trend suggesting that allele I/II at IL -1β( + 3954 ) is over - represented among diabetics with periodontal disease. Subjects with type Ⅱ diabetes have an increased risk for periodontitis, which is aggravated further if combined with the variant IL- 1A/1B genotype.
