脂多糖注射法制作兔温病实验模型研究

摘　　要：目的:系统地观察研究脂多糖注射法制作温病实验动物模型的方法。方法:观察实验兔接受单次、两次和多次脂多糖静脉注射后的体温与其它症状、体征的变化,分析动物病情特点及其与温病证型之间的联系,对部分实验动物进行炎症细胞因子水平检测和肺脏、肝脏组织的病理检查。结果:绝大部分实验兔出现了伴随不同症状、体征特点的发热,符合温病实验动物制作的要求。结论:实验兔单次注射后类似温病卫气分证候,两次注射后类似营血分证候,多次注射后类似留恋气分或肝肾阴伤证,大剂量注射后类似于内闭外脱证。Objective：To research the method of enduing animal experimental model of epidemic febrile disease.Methods： Experimental rabbits received lipopolysaccharide（LPS） infusion through vein once,twice or several times respectively and symptoms and objective signs were observed.The connection between feature of pathogenetic condition and pattern of Epidemic Febrile Disease syndrome was analyzed.Inflammation cytokines were tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and samples of lung and liver were got for pathological section.Results： Most experimental rabbits had temperature accompanied by different symptoms and objective signs.Conclusion：Rabbit experimental model of several syndrome of epidemic febrile disease could be endued by LPS infusion.Weifen and qifen syndrome can be endued by LPS infusion once,yingfen and xuefen syndrome by twice,persistent qifen syndrome or deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin syndrome by several times and unconsciousness and collapse syndrome can be caused by large bolus injection.
