摘  要:目的检测复方芦荟透皮吸收药膜的抑菌效果,研究脱色工艺对药膜抑菌效果的影响情况。方法提取芦荟等中药的有效成分,按一定的比例进行配伍,制备复方芦荟抑菌药膜。类纸片法检测药膜对金黄色葡萄球菌等6种临床感染的常见菌、耐药菌的抑菌效果,并与创可贴的抑菌效果进行比较。结果该复方芦荟药膜对表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌效果,对乙型溶血性链球菌、普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌抑菌效果不明显。脱色工艺对药膜的抑菌效果影响不明显。结论该复方芦荟药膜作为透皮吸收膜剂在溃疡、褥疮、糖尿病足、小手术切口等皮肤或黏膜感染的辅助治疗方面,具有广阔的应用前景。OBJECTIVE To observe the inhibitory effect of percutaneous absorption membrane of aloe compound and study the influence of decolorization process on bacteriostatic effect of membrane. METHODS The active ingredients extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine such as aloe were blended in a certain proportion in order to prepare the aloe compound film. Antibacterial effects on six strains of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus were observed by means of paper disk method and compared with bandaid. RESULTS The inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus epidermidis, S. aureus and Escherichia coli in various degrees, whereas the inhibitory effect on β-hemolytic streptococcus, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa weren't found. Decolorization process didn't affect the inhibitory effect of membrane evidently. CONCLUSION Aloe compound film which could be transdermally absorbed presents a promising potential in adjuvant therapy for ulcers, bedsores and other skin or mucous membrane infections.
