重型合成气燃气轮机掺烧高氢弛放气的实验研究

摘  要:中国首座煤气化之多联产示范工程已经运行2年多,基于该系统迄今累积的运行实践,计划将甲醇合成过程产生的弛放气掺入合成气中供给燃气轮机作为燃料,以达到优化工艺流程和节能减排的目的。燃气轮机燃料的改变,需要修改合成气喷嘴并进行燃烧室性能试验,本文在中压全尺寸燃烧室试验台上,对该型合成气燃烧室(修改型)掺烧高氢弛放气进行了燃料耐受性试验。试验结果表明,燃烧室头部锥罩温度和火焰筒壁温都位于允许的范围,燃烧室出口温度场品质有略微降低,燃烧稳定性有略微改善,NO_x排放浓度呈现增加趋势。Chinese first coal-based poly-generation demonstration has operated for over 3 years in Shandong province,so many real operating data and experience have been accumulated.For process optimization,energy conservation and emission reduction,it is planned to use syngas mixed with purge gas which is produced from the synthesis process of methanol or acetic acid as fuel for gas turbine,so the nozzle of gas turbine was redesigned to replace the one which only can burn pure syngas.This paper will introduce that the reformed syngas combustor is tested to investigate how it can burn syngas mixed with hydrogen-enriched purge gas in a medium-pressure full-scale combustor test rig.The experimental results show that the temperatures of combustor head cone and the flame cylinder wall are all in the safe range,the temperature of combustor exit is slightly low,combustion stability is slightly improved,and NO_x concentration shows an increasing trend.
