乳腺癌中p62^(m-myc)和p16蛋白表达与预后的关系探讨

摘　　要：本研究采用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法对１０７例有随访资料的乳腺癌石蜡标本进行了ｐ６２ｃｍｙｃ和ｐ１６蛋白的联合检测，结合ＥＲ、ＰＲ、病理类型、组织学分级等进行了ｃｏｘ模型分析，并绘制了两者表达相反时的ｋａｐｌａｎＭｅｉｅｒ生存曲线。结果显示：ｐ６２ｃｍｙｃ蛋白在乳腺癌的阳性表达率为６３５５％，ｐ１６蛋白的阳性表达率为４０１９％。ｐ６２ｃｍｙｃ表达阳性的乳腺癌患者存活时间较短，ｐ１６蛋白表达阳性者存活时间较长。The expressions of p62 c myc and p16 oncoprotein in 107 cases of human primary breast cancer were examined by using immunohistochemical LSAB method.All tumor tissues were fixed in formalin and paraffin embedded.By Cox proportional hazard model the corralation with other prognostic parameters such as histological grade,pathological type,tumour size,status of estrogen receptor and progesteron receptor,and axillary nodal status were analyzed,meanwhile,the kaplan Meier survival prebability curves of opposile expressions from p62 c myc and p16 were drawn.The results were that:①The expression of p62 c myc was 63 55% and p16 was 40 19%.The expressions were located in cytoplasm and nucleus;②When the expresion of p62 c myc was possitive in breast cancer tissue,and the relative risk(RR) was>1,the survival time was shorter,while the expression of p16 was possitive,and the RR <1,the survival time was longer.The p62 c myc and p16 protein probably played an important prognostic role in breast cancer.
