颊脂体的应用解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的从显微外科应用解剖学角度对颊脂体进行研究，为临床颊脂体的带蒂移植提供科学依据。方法通过３４侧成人尸体颊脂体的解剖，对其形态、位置、大小、包膜、血液供应和毗邻关系等进行了详细的观测。结果颊脂体由一个体部和四个突起构成；体可分浅部和深部，有包膜包裹和多源性血液供应，与腮腺导管关系密切。四个突起分别称为颊突、上颌突、颞突和翼下颌突，各自向面侧部不同间隙延伸。Objective To provide the anatomical base of the buccal fat pad as pedecled grafts by clinical anatomy study on the buccal fat pad. Methods The morphological portion trendo saround and blood supply of buccal fat pad was observed from 34 sides of adult cadaveres anatormiy. Results The buccal fat pad was composed of a body from which four processes extend. In the adult the body consists of superior and inferior portion with a lot of arterial blood supply, which shows closed relation with parotid duct. Four processes were known as buccal, temporal, pterygomandbular and superomedial extension respectively. Conclusion Selection of the buccal fat pad as a pedicled grafts to fill superficial depressions resulting from tramatic or congenital defects shows safety and reliability.
