摘 要:目的了解重组人白细胞介素3(rhIL-3)和重组人白细胞介素6(rhIL-6)对骨髓造血微环境的调节作用。方法应用成纤维细胞体外集落形成法,观察了rhIL-3和rhIL-6对成纤维细胞集落(CFU-F)体外生长的影响。结果rhIL-3和rhIL-6能显著地刺激CFU-F的生长,两者联合应用时对CFU-F生长的刺激作用明显强于两者单用,表现出协同效应。结论rhIL-3和rhIL-6可促进基质细胞生长。Objective To determine the regulative effects of recombinant human interleukin 3(rhIL 3) and interleukin 6(rhIL 6) on bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment. Methods The effects of rhIL 3 and rhIL 6 on proliferation of colony forming Unit Fibroblasts (CFU F) were studied in vitro CFU F culture system. Results Both of these interleukins can promote the proliferation of CFU F in vitro with a dosage dependence, meanwhile, the synergistic effects between rhIL 3 and rhIL 6 on proliferation of cells from CFU F were observed. Conclusion The findings suggested that rhIL 3 and rhIL 6 may promote the proliferation of marrow stromal cells,which may be helpful for recovery and reconstitution of hematopoietic microenvironment after intensive chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation.
