摘　　要：采用文献研究、描述分析等方法，对某系统公立医院的71所临床医学重点学科5年发展情况进行了调查，针对存在的问题，提出了强化主系列人才队伍建设、转变资源配置与利用方式、加强科研协作与经费支持、实施绩效管理等对策。The status of leading disciplines for clinical medicines in 71 public hospitals in recent five years was investigated by the methods of literature review and descriptive analysis. Based on the problems, some countermeasures were provided as follows： strengthening the professional human resources construction, transferring the mode of resources allocation and utilization and reinforcing research cooperation and funds supporting, as well as implementing performance management.
