摘　　要：采用DEA超效率模型,对71个医院临床医学重点学科DEA评价有效率的个体进行超效率和影响因素分析,评价出更有效率的个体;并利用多元回归分析法,分析了临床医学重点学科效率的影响因素。根据分析结果,提出了控制规模、强化科研投入与转化、提高专用设备使用效率、加强高学历医师培养等对策。Using the method of data envelopment analysis （DEA）, the authors analyzed the super-efficiency and its influencing factors of leading disciplines for clinical medicine in 71 hospitals to find out the more efficiency disciplines. The influencing factors of technical efficiency were analyzed by using the methods of multiple regression analysis. According to the results, the following countermeasures were put forward： controlling scale, intensifying research input and transformation, enhancing the utilization efficiency of appliances, and reinforcing the cultivation of highly educated physicians.
