摘　　要：目的：探讨侧脑室脑膜瘤的诊断与手术治疗特点。方法：收治侧脑室脑膜瘤２２例，女性１３例，男性９例，占同期脑膜瘤的０．７４％，其中２例为巨大型（瘤质量４１８，４２１ｇ）。结果：全部行显微手术全切除，无死亡，预后好。结论：应用显微手术切除侧脑室脑膜瘤，效果好，并发症少。Objective: The clinic specificity about the diagnosis and surgery of lateral ventricles meningiomas was discussed with reviewing the literatures. Methods: Twenty two cases of lateral ventricles meningioma were admitted. Thirteen cases were female and 9 cases were male, including two cases of giant meningiomas(418 and 421 g, respectively). Results: All meningiomas were resected totally by microsurgical technigues with no operative mortality and satisfied therapeutic results. Conclusion: The result of our operative experience suggests that microsurgical technique is more effective and causes less operative complicatons, and is much better than other operative procedure for treatment of lateral ventricles meningioma.
