摘 要:实验观察到视交叉上核(SCN)中c-fos化的表达具有昼夜市律性,0.5yγ射线辐照大鼠后,其SCN中Fos蛋白表达增高,其中以光照或更为明显,辐照后仍存在昼夜节律性。To study the effect of low - dose irradiation on c - fos expression in the rat suprachiasmatic nuclei and its possiblemechamisnl. At tive time points of a day, immunohistochemistry was used to observe the number of c- fos immunoreactivecells in control group and experimental group exposed to 0 .5 Gy γ - rays irradiation. The circadian rhythm was tested by thecosinor analysis. Whole body irradiation elevated level of the Fos protein in the nuclei, especially during the light period(P< 0. 01 ). The circadian rhythms of c - fos expression were found in both control group and irradiationgroup. The cosinor equation for control group was Y = 83. 99 + 38 .22 * Cos(Wt - 193. 86), and that for irradiation group was Y = 114 .20 + 67.36 - Cos(Wt - 198 .20). The low - dose irradiation couldenhance the expression of c - fos in SCN mainly during the lighttime. but not obvious effecl was shown on the circadian rhythm.
