汝箕沟回汉族青少年血压相关因素的对比研究

摘　　要：为了解回汉族青少年血压的影响因索,我们调查了宁夏汝箕煤矿663名12—0岁回汉族青少年的血压水平及年龄、身高、体重、父母血压等12个因素。相关、多元线性回归分析表明:身高、体重,父母血压对回汉族青少年血压有显著影响。父母血压对子女血压的影响主要是遗传因素的作用。盐阈与血压的关系在汉回族中呈现不同结果。两极血压水平的各因素比较显示,回族的体重指数和心率与血压的分布有差别,可能与回族青少年的生活习惯和遗传因素有关。Blood Pressure (BP) of 663 Han and Hui youngster (aged 12-20 years) of Ruqigou, Shizishan Municipality were invesigated. Altogether 12 factors i.e.their blood prossure, age, height, weight, parents' BP, et al were measured/asked.Using the correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression, it was shown that height, weight, and parents' BP were significant influencing factors affecting the BP of the youngster, The parents' BP levels effect on their 1st,Filial generation was considered to be mainly hereditary.The associations between the capacity for salt and BP showed difference between Haas & Huis.Comparing some factors at the extreme blood pressure levels, it was found that among Huis, there is difference between the distribution of BP and weight/index heart rate, which might be associated to heredity and life habit of the Hui youngsters.
