西南地级城市新建本科师范院校发展定位的若干思考

摘　　要：川、渝、滇、黔辖区内一些地级城市所属的新建本科师范院校在高等教育大众化进程中实现了多个建设目标超常规发展,已成为中国高等教育的重要组成部分,承载着地方经济文化发展和人才培养的重要使命,更是西南地级城市建设的新名片。但这些新建地方高校在发展定位方面存在诸多问题,影响并制约了这些新建高校可持续发展战略。因此,探析西南地级城市新建师院发展定位的基本依据、发展定位的基本原则及基本内容势在必行。In Sichuan, Chingqing, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, newly founded normal universities owed by prefecture-level cities have accomplished multiple development targets by leaps and bounds in the popularization process of higher education. They have become an indispensable part of China Higher Education, carry an important mission of cultivating talents for regional economic and cultural development, and make themselves the new business cards of western prefecture-level cities. But the problems in their orientation restrict their sustainable development. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the fundamental basis, the basic principles and basic content of their development orientation.
