摘　　要：思想政治理论课"05"新方案要求在本科院校开设《马克思主义基本原理概论》课程。作为新建本科院校,如何有效实施"05"课程新方案,加强思想政治理论课教学,切实提高《马克思主义基本原理概论》课程的教学水平和教学实效性,是我们每一位从事这门课程教学的教师应该思考的问题。The program of the ideological and political theory courses in 2005 demands that Introduction to the Basic Principles of Marxism is offered in new universities. It is the question that professional teachers how to implement such a program, how to strengthen the teaching of the ideological and political theory and improve teaching standards and effectiveness.
