摘　　要：近年来高技能人才短缺问题成为经济发展的瓶颈及学者研究的热点。本文对国内外高技能人才短缺及其成因、相关政策措施、培养模式、预测评价等方面的研究进行了综述,界定了高技能人才生态系统,提出用生态学的理论与方法对高技能人才生态系统内部构成、系统外部环境、系统特性及系统功能进行研究,对高技能人才生态系统未来研究的方向进行展望。The shortage of high-tech talents has become the bottleneck of economic development and the hotspot of researches by schol- ars in recent years. The authors summarize the researches at home and abroad on the shortage of high-tech talents, its cause, relevant policies and measures, training mode and prediction and evaluation, define high-tech talent, propose that the internal structure of high- tech talent ecosystem, the external environment, the characteristics and function of the ecosystem should be researched with the theories and methods of ecology and predict the future research trends of high-tech talent ecosystem.
