摘　　要：叙述了一种Ｋａ频段内的微带隔离器，其优点是利用软基片来制成器件，铁氧体圆片可方便地镶嵌入软基片内．最后，在这种器件结构下，可在大于２ＧＨｚ的带宽内获得小于１．A microstrip isolator in Ka band ,which has a advantage of utilizing soft substrate to fabricate devices is described in this paper.The ferrite disk can be embeded into the hole of soft substrate conveniently .The forward loss with less than 1 2dB and the backward loss with greater than 20dB over a 2GHz absolute bandwidth can be achieved with this device configuration.
