摘　　要：[目的]针对医学研究中分类资料Kappa统计量的计算,给予统计软件技术上的支持。[方法]运用STATA统计软件包,结合实例,提供具体的程序及操作步骤,并给出相应的结果与解释。[结果]对文中医学研究实例所涉及的部分数据进行一致性分析,经Z检验,Kappa统计量均有统计学意义,提示结果具有一致性,但是一致性程度均为弱。[结论]探索运用STATA统计软件包计算Kappa统计量的途径,为类似的医学研究提供参考。[Objective ] To give support for tackling with the calculation of kappa value of categorical data in medical researches by statistical software. [ Methods] With example, we wrote program in STATA software package and calculated the relative statistics. [ Results] The data which was involved in the study were analyzed with Correspondence Analysis. By Z test, the kappa values were both week statistically significant. [Conclusion] We provide a reference for similar medical study by using STATA software package to perform kappa value.
