摘  要:目的:观察野黄芩苷对内毒素(LPS)抑制人牙周膜细胞增殖的影响。方法:原代培养人牙周膜细胞(hPDLC),采用MTT比色法,流式细胞技术观察野黄芩苷对LPS抑制人牙周膜细胞增殖活性和细胞周期的影响。结果:LPS浓度为100μg/mL时,人牙周膜细胞增殖活性受到明显抑制,加入0.001~10μg/mL不同浓度野黄芩苷,在不同时间点能促进人牙周膜细胞的增殖(P<0.05),其中野黄芩苷浓度为1μg/mL时促增殖作用最强。结论:野黄芩苷具有拮抗LPS抑制人牙周膜细胞增殖的作用。AIM: To examine the effects of scutellarin on the proliferation of lipopolysaccharide ( LPS)-treated human periodontal ligament cells (hPDLCs). METHODS: Primary hPDLCs cultured in vitro were stimulated with 100μ g/mL LPS, and LPS plus various concentrations of scutellarin, hPDLCs without treatment served as controls. After 24 h, 48 h and 72 h incubation, MTT assay was performed to assess the effects of scutellarin on cell proliferation. Flow cytometry was used to measure the DNA content after 24 h of incubation. RESULTS : LPS significantly inhibited the proliferation of hPDLCS. Seutellarin dose-dependently stimulated the growth of LPS-treated hPDLCs at different time points, and the optimal stimulating effect of scutellarin was 1 μg/mL ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : Scutellarin Can significantly promote the proliferation of LPS-treated hPDLCs.
