摘 要:目的:研究添加四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)无机抗菌剂、载银无机抗菌剂对复合树脂机械性能的影响。方法:将T-ZnOw抗菌剂和载银无机抗菌剂分别按3%、5%、10%和1%、3%、5%的比例添加于一种化学固化的复合树脂中,测试复合材料的弯曲强度,抗压强度、径向拉伸强度的变化。结果:T-ZnOw抗菌剂在一定浓度范围内对复合树脂具有增强作用,当添加量为5%时,复合树脂的弯曲强度,抗压强度、径向拉伸强度分别提高了34.36%、14.42%、41.63%。载银无机抗菌剂不具有增强树脂的作用,当添加量为5%时,三种强度分别下降了17.97%、9.29%、19.47%。结论:T-ZnOw抗菌剂在赋予复合树脂材料较强的抗菌作用的同时,还能提高其机械强度,是制备抗菌性复合树脂的较优选择。AIM: To compare the effects of tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker (T-ZnOw) antibacterial agent and a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent incorporation on the mechanical properties of the composite resin. METHODS : T-ZnOw antibacterial agent powder and a kind of silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent were incorporated into a self-curing composite resin at 3% , 5% or 10% and 1% , 3% or 5% , respectively. The flexural strength (FS), compressive strength (CS) and diametral tensile strength (DTS) of the resin specimens were subsequently analyzed on a computercontrolled universal testing machine. RESULTS: Addition of low concentrations (3% and 5% ) of T-ZnOw antibacterial agent improved the mechanical properties of the resin in dose-dependence. In comparison with the control group A, 5% incorporation of T-ZnOw significantly increased the FS, CS and DFS of the composite resin by 38.36% , 14.42% and 41.63 respectively. On the contrary, silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent did not improve the mechanical properties of the composite resin. 5% incorporation of silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent significantly decreased the FS, CS and DFS of the composite resin by 17.97%, 9.29% and 19.47, respectively. CON CLUSION: Within certain concentrations, T-ZnOw antibacterial agent could significantly increase the mechanical properties of the composite resin. The most profound effect was observed to be 5% T-ZnOw antibacterial agent incorporation.
