摘　　要：本文报道直肠癌合并腹膜上皮样间皮瘤1例,并分析直肠癌及腹膜上皮样间皮瘤临床病理学特点、病理诊断及鉴别诊断,以提高医务人员对该病的诊疗水平.In this article, we report a case of rectal carcinoma with epithelial mesothelioma of the peritoneum and analyze its pathological features, pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis, with an aim to enrich our knowledge concerning the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
