白内障的两种手术方法效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析白内障囊外摘除（ECCE）和超声乳化吸除术（PHACO）的白内障复明手术的手术效果。方法2000年3月至2008年12月对408例（408只眼）行白内障手术。其中ECCE组92例（92只眼），PHACO组316例（316只眼）。比较两组手术效果和手术并发症，将结果进行统计学分析。结果ECCE组脱盲率为88．04％（81只眼），脱残率为56．52％（52只眼）；PHACO组脱盲率为93．35％（295只眼），脱残率为76．27％（241只眼）。两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=6.31，P〈0．05）结论。白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体棺人术后可获得良好的复明效果。Objective To discuss and analyze the therapeutic effects of cataract blindness prevention surgeries in our hospital.To summarize some experiences in cataract blindness prevention surgeries through comparing two kinds of cataract operation technique.Methods A total of 408 cases （408 eyes） undergone cataract surgeries in our hospital sponsored by Nanchang charity con-community in the past eight years （from Mar.2000 to Dec.2008） were observed.The group of extracapsular cataract extraction （ECCE） included 92 eyes of 92 cases and the group ofphaeoemulsification （PHACO） included 316 eyes of 316 eases.The therapeutic effects and the postoperative complications of each method of cataract surgery were investigated and statistically analyzed.Results In the investigation, the rate of escaped blindness and handicap of ECCE was 88.04% （81 eyes） and 56.52% （52 eyes） respectively, while the rate of escaped blindness and handicap of PHACO was 93.35% （295 eyes） and 76.27% （241 eyes） respectively.In both groups,the therapeutic effects showed significant difference （ x^2=6.31, P〈0.05）.Conclusions Phacoemulsification and posterior chamber IOL implantation can get better therapeutic effect.
