摘 要:目的探讨钙囊素(S100 A11)及半乳凝素3(Gal-3)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法利用Elivison免疫组化法检测36例手术切除的胰腺癌及21例癌旁正常胰腺组织,以及胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、结肠癌、肺癌和乳腺癌组织各10例中S100 A11及Gal-3的表达情况,分析指标与胰腺癌大小、分化程度及淋巴结转移的相关性。结果S100 A11及Gal-3在胰腺癌组织中的表达阳性率(86.1、97.2%)显著高于癌旁正常胰腺组织(28.6%、33.3%)(P<0.05)。S100 A11及Gal-3在其他肿瘤组织中的表达阳性率为40%~80%。在胰腺癌组织中的表达与各临床病理参数之间均无明显的相关性。结论S100 A11及Gal-3在胰腺癌组织、胰外恶性肿瘤高表达,提示两者可能在胰腺癌发病过程中起一定作用,S100 A11及Gal-3为非器官特异性肿瘤相关蛋白。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of S100 A11 and galectin-3 in pancreas carcinoma.Methods With Elivison immunohistochemistry assay,the expressions of S100 A11 and galectin-3 in paraffin-embedded specimens were detected in 36 pancreatic cancer tissues,21 tumor-adjacent normal pancreas tissues,and 60 other tissue specimens of stomach,colon,esophagus,liver,lung and breast carcinoma(10 specimens each).The relationship between expressions and clinical parameters was investigated.Results The positive expression rates of S100 A11 and galectin-3 in the tissues of pancreas carcinoma were 86.1% and 97.2%,respectively,which were higher than 28.6% and 33.3% in the tumor-adjacent normal pancreas tissues(P0.01).The positive expression rates of S100 A11 and galectin-3 in the cancer tissues of colon,liver,breast,esophagus,stomach and lung ranged from 40% to 80%.The positive expression rates of S100 A11 and galectin-3 in the tissues of pancreas carcinoma were not significantly correlated to the clonicopathological parameters of pancreas carcinoma.Conclusion The expression levels of S100 A11 and galectin-3 in the tissues of pancreas carcinoma and other malignant tumors including stomach,esophagus,liver,lung,breast and colon are significantly higher,which indicate that S100 A11 and galectin-3 may play a role in the development of pancreas carcinoma but are the non-organ-specific tumor-associated proteins.
