摘  要:目的探讨高数字化唇腭裂上颌发育不全颅面复合体三维有限元建模方法。方法采用螺旋CT扫描技术获取颅面复合体断层图,通过DICOM格式完成数字影像转换,与三维有限元方法相结合直接建模。结果建立了包括颅面骨和牙列在内的颅面复合体三维有限元模型,由353297个单元和537214个节点组成。同时构建了相应的软组织。结论利用DICOM数据直接建模提高了整体建模速度,建立的单侧腭裂颅面复合体三维有限元模型具有良好的几何相似性,方法有效可行。Objective To investigate a new method to establish three-dimensional finite element model of craniofacial complex of atelognathia for cheilopalatognathus. Methods The tomoscan images of craniofacial complex obtained from spiral CT scanning technology were transferred into the digital images through DICOM format, which were used directly to establish the finite element solid model by comparing the three-dimensional finite element method. Results The established three-dimensional FE model of craniofacial complex of atelognathia of cheilopalatognathus involving teeth and craniofacial bone consisted of 353 297 solid elements and 537 214 nodes, corresponding soft tissues were constructed simultaneously. Conclusion It could improve the speed of reconstructing 3D finite element model through DICOM data. The model showed excellent geometry similarity. The method was feasible and effective.
