摘 要:目的:探讨FQ光固化防龋涂料预防粘结托槽牙面脱矿的作用。方法:选取因正畸需要拔除的前磨牙26颗随机分为实验组与对照组。用FQ光固化防龋涂料对实验组牙齿的临床牙冠颊面进行封闭,对照组牙面不做任何处理,同时观察涂料对牙齿表面形态的影响。将实验组与对照组的牙齿各3颗,置于乳酸酸胶中进行脱矿处理,通过电镜观察,比较两组间牙齿的抗脱矿性能的差异性。将实验组与对照组的牙齿各10颗,粘结正畸托槽,制备成试件后,置于万能材料试验机上,测试比较两组牙齿间托槽的抗剪粘结强度的差异性。结果:FQ光固化防龋涂料封闭后的牙面无明显色泽改变,不影响其美观。剖面电镜照片显示实验组牙齿的抗脱矿能力明显高于对照组。同时两组牙齿间托槽的抗剪粘结强度没有显著的差异性,且都能满足正畸临床应用中对托槽抗剪粘结强度的要求。结论:FQ光固化防龋涂料封闭牙面封闭法是一种具有临床应用可行性的预防粘结托槽牙面脱矿的途径。Objective To determine the effect of light-cure FQ sealant in preventing enamel demineralization during fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 26 extracted premolars for orthodontic reason were randomly divided into experimental and control group. In the experimental group, the buccal surfaces of the premolars were sealed with lightcure FQ sealant and no enamel treatment for the control group.Observe the morphological changes after enamel treatment.3 teeth from each group were decalcified with lactic acidic solution and the sections were observed by means of the electron microscope.10 teeth from each group were bonded with brackets and were delivered to test the shear bonding strength. Results No color changes were detected after enamel treatment with FQ sealant. Compared with the control group,the resistance of enamel decalcification was significantly higher in FQ sealant treatment. The shear bonding strength showed no significant difference between two groups,which met the clinical requirement. Conclusion The light-cure FQ sealant may be an effective method to prevent the enamel decalcification during fixed orthodontic treatment.
