摘  要:目的探讨壳聚糖/磷酸三钙(CTCP)支架材料在人牙周膜成纤维细胞(hPDLF)体外培养中的作用。方法取第5代hPDLF接种在CTCP支架材料表面作为实验组,对照组在普通培养基中培养,每组6例。两组均在孵育24、48、72及96h后通过MTT法测定细胞增殖情况。结果培养24h后实验组黏附于支架材料上细胞数量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培养48、72和96h后实验组与对照组间的细胞数量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CTCP支架材料可以作为hPDLF的载体,并对hPDLF的增殖有较好地促进作用。Objective To investigate the effects of chitosan/tricalcium phosphate scaffolds on human periodontal ligament fibroblasts cultured in vitro. Methods hPDLF from the fifth generation which were seeded on the chitosan/tricalcium phosphate scaffolds was the experimental group. HPDLF cultured on the ordinary medium was the control group. The proliferation of the two groups was examined by the MTT method after 24, 48,72 and 96 h. Results The number of hPDLFs of the experimental group was not significantly different from that of the control group after 24 h(P〉0.05).But there was significant differences between the two groups after 48, 72 and 96 h(P〈0.05). Conclusion The chitosan/tricalcium phosphate scaffolds not only can be a good carrier, but also have significant effects on the proliferation of hPDLFs.
