摘　　要：在分析产品的可靠性时,常常需要进行寿命试验。而这些产品的寿命大多是服从指数分布,且由于产品寿命较长,在对产品作可靠性评估试验时,为了节约时间和费用,人们通常采取截尾法。本文给出了有替换定数截尾寿命试验下指数分布可靠性的经验Bayes估计。It is necessary to carry on the hfe tests when we analyze the rehabihty of products, and the life expectancy of these products mostly obeys exponential distribution. The products usually have a longer life, so that the tnmcation method is often used in the reliability evaluation in order to save time and money. This article gives the Empirical Bayesian estimate of relia- bility of exponential distribution under Type Ⅱ - Censoring test with replacement.
