HPLC测定妇炎净软胶囊中阿魏酸的含量

摘　　要：建立以高效液相色谱法测定妇炎净软胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(5μm,250×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸(35:65);流速1ml.min-1;检测波长:320nm。阿魏酸的线性范围是0.05055～0.4044μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.45%(n=5)。本方法简便、快捷、结果准确,可用于妇炎净软胶囊的质量控制。To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of Ferulic acid in Fuyanjing soft capsule, the sample was separated on Diamonsil C18 （5μa,250 × 4.6 mm,5μm） column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol- 1% acetic acid （35：65）,the flow rate was set at 1ml·min^-1 ,and the detective wavelength was set at 320nm.The linear range of the Ferulic acid was 0.05055 - 0.4044μg （r = 0.9999） ,and the average recover was 100.4% ,RSD= 1.45% （N = 5）. This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and it can be used for the quality control of the Fuyanjing soft capsule.
