摘  要:目的:研究急性脑梗死患者血清脂联素与IL-10、脑梗死体积、NIHSS评分的相关性。方法:对50例急性脑梗死患者和38例健康体检者测定血清脂联素与IL-10,并计算脑梗死面积大小,脑梗死患者NIHSS评分。结果:急性脑梗死组脂联素水平、IL-10水平与正常对照组比较明显降低;急性脑梗死组脂联素水平与IL-10水平呈正相关(r=0.274,P<0.01),首次脑梗死后梗死体积与血清脂联素成负相关(r=-0.201,P<0.05);首次脑梗死后梗死体积与IL-10无明显相关性。血清脂联素、IL-10水平与缺血性卒中神经功能评分均无明显相关性。结论:脑梗死的发生可能与脂联素、IL-10等保护性抗炎因子的减少有关;测定脂联素水平可作为判断脑梗死严重性的一个重要参考指标。Objective To analyze the relationship among serum levels of adiponectin, IL-10 and infarct volume, NIHSS score in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods The concentrations of serum adiponectin and IL-10 were assayed in 50 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and 38 subjects without clinical evidence of cerebral infarction. The infarct volume and NIHSS score were measured in acute cerebral infarction patients. Results Tile serum levels of adiponectin and IL-10 were significantly lower in subjects with acute cerebral infarction than those in the healthy controls. The serum adiponectin level was positively correlated with IL-10 level (r = 0.274, P 〈 0.01) in acute cerebral infarction patients. The initial infarct volume was negatively correlated with serum level of adiponectin (r= -0.201, P 〈 0.05). There was no significant correlation identified between infarct volume and the concentration of IL-10. Additionally, there was no significant correlation among the levels of serum adiponectin, IL-10 and the NIHSS. Conclusions The decreased anti-inflammatory cytokines, such as adiponectin and IL-10 may be related to the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction. The serum concentration of adiponectin may serve as a significant marker of the severity in cerebral infarction.
