小净距大跨度城市隧道施工风险的控制

摘　　要：广安翠屏山小净距大跨度城市隧道是国内首次在施工阶段对塌方进行系统的风险管理并取得明显成效的隧道。施工中根据揭示的隧道地质变异情况与设计施工情况识别出可能导致塌方的风险因素,建立相应的风险指标体系,综合运用层次分析法与专家调查法,计算出各风险因素的影响程度值,再采取风险应对措施,制定应急预案,同时降低塌方风险发生的概率及后果。最终达到缩短工期、降低投资和避免工程事故发生的目的,从而实现有效的风险管理。Guangan Cuipingshan small-clearance large-span urban tunnel is the first one that the country carries out systematic risk management for collapse during construction and obtains obvious effect. First recognize risk factors that may lead to collapse according to tunnel geological variation and design construction conditions during construction; then establish the corresponding risk indicator system. With layer analysis and expert investigation, calculate the degree of influence of each risk factor and then take countermeasures and establish emergency plans; meanwhile, reduce the probability and result effect of collapse risk to shorten construction period, reduce investment and prevent engineering accidents so as to realize effective risk management.
