摘　　要：针对当前交警部门对于交通事故现场处理采集的数据繁杂、速度慢、容易漏错等特点，提出了计算机辅助交通事故的现场数据采集和分析处理，其重要功能是数据采集与维护、现场图绘制与维护、事故分析处理、文档管理等四大功能．软件使用ＱｕｉｃｋＢａｓｉｃ语言编制，并有简要软件使用说明．At present, the transport and police departments need quickly handle complex traffic accident spot's data collecting and graph drawing, but they handle traffic accident very slowly and are apt to neglecting some data. This thesis puts forward to handle traffic accident by the aid of computer. It has four functions: data collecting and maintaining, spot's graph drawing and maintaining, traffic accident case analysis and handling, files and documents managing. This software uses Quick Basic language. At last, there is the software using illustration.
