摘　　要：本文从志向教育的含义及生涯规划的现状入手,分析了志向教育对大学生职业生涯规划的重要意义,并有针对性地提出了加强感恩教育、发挥榜样激励作用、形成正确自我概念、打造核心竞争力、搭建体验教育平台等五项具体措施,从而最终实现全人教育,达到个体全面发展。The paper,based on the definition of ambition education and current situation of career planning,analyses the importance of ambition education to career planning for college students,and proposes five measures as strengthening the Thanksgiving-education,playing inceptive effect,forming a positive self-concept,building the core-competitiveness and building experience education platform so as to realize holistic education and reach individual all-round development.
