摘　　要：体育课与拓展训练有机地结合是未来体育教学改革的方向和趋势。文章通过对普通高校体育课开展拓展训练的现状分析,总结高校体育课开展拓展训练所遇到的问题,并提出了相关的对策。The combination of physical education and expanding training is the trends and the future reform direction.This paper analyzed the current situation of the expanding training course in physical education of common colleges,summarized the problems encountering and put forward the relevant measures.
