复方氢氧化钙糊剂在根尖诱导成形术中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方氢氧化钙糊剂在根尖诱导成形术中的疗效。方法:选择52颗根尖未发育完成的年轻恒牙,根管预备、消毒后,用复方氢氧化钙糊剂进行根尖诱导。定期复查,随访3年,观察临床疗效。结果:复方氢氧化钙糊剂在根尖诱导成形术中有效率为90.38%。结论:复方氢氧化钙糊剂对根尖诱导有良好的效果。Objective：The purpose of this article was to observe the effect of compound calcium hydroxide paste in apexification.Methods： 52 younger permament teeth which the root development is not completed were selected.After root canals were prepared and sterilized,the compound calcium hydroxide paste was used in the apexification.Periodic review,all the teeth were followed-up of three years to observe the clinical efficacy.Results： The effective rate was 90.38% in apexification by using compound calcium hydroxide paste.Conclusion： compound calcium hydroxide paste could be used as reagents for the apexification.
