摘　　要：新时期国家经济社会的发展、学术文化事业的繁荣对高层次人才的综合性能力与创新素质提出了新的更高的要求,研究生教育必须与时俱进,不断更新观念,在科学发展观的指导下,加快研究生教育教学改革的步伐,使研究生教育凸显其鲜明的个性,进而推动创新型研究生培育的顺利发展。the development of China＇s economy and the prosperity of the academic and cultural undertakings set a higher demand on the comprehensive ability and creative quality of the high-level talents. Postgraduate education should keep pace with the times and renew the ideas constantly. Under the guidance of the outlook of scientific development, we should quicken the pace of the post- graduate educational reform and aloow it＇s distinctive features stand out so as to push the smooth development of the creative cultivation of the postgraduates.
